The West Santa Ana Branch Transit Corridor (WSAB) Project is a 19-mile corridor undergoing an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)/Environmental Impact Report (EIR) process to prepare the corridor for LRT.

Description of Role:

As the sub-consultant, BA Inc. is tasked with preparing advanced utility relocation (AUR) packages at a pre-plan specification and estimate (PS&E) level for all potential cut-and-cover sections.

For the Baseline phase of this project as the sub-consultant, BA Inc is tasked with providing an updated Utility owner correspondence list including all attempts and responses from the owners, creating a new base-file and incorporating all utility owner findings as well as verification of C-below data and providing UR-sheets at the 30% level which all utilities will be located in utility maintenance logs by each intersection for the Southern portion of the project alignment.
