BA Inc. understands there are always unforeseen challenges on every project, especially with the existing and proposed utilities.  We provide a detailed subsurface utility investigation by having the necessary knowledge of the requirements set by the governing agencies. Big or small, a project’s success hinges on the accuracy of locating and understanding the existing utility network.

Our project experiences have led us to develop a successful subsurface utility investigation work plan for every project. We have compiled a team of surveyors, contractors, and engineers to perform all services of subsurface utility investigation including, but not limited to:

Locating, as-built review, and mapping within the contractual requirement commonly handed down by a governing agency, such as Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA). This concept will produce a comprehensive existing utility base map, within the timeframe enforced by the agency, which will be invaluable to the overall program success.
