As a joint venture partner, BA Inc. supports the Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) and their Airport Development Group (ADG) as they implement a $7+ billion dollar airport-wide capital improvement plan. With multiple projects ongoing across all airport elements, including landside, airside, and infrastructure, BA Inc. provides construction management and project management staff augmentation. Specific project experience includes site-wide utility shutdown coordination and document control on the $1.9 billion Tom Bradley International Terminal, the $229 million Terminal 5 Renovation, and numerous other active construction projects. BA Inc. will support the airport for the next three years as they continue construction on the addition and renovation to enhance domestic and international terminals; increase the accessibility for goods and people movers including escalators and elevators, baggage screening systems and walkways; and expand and retrofit the aging infrastructure supplying the billion dollar expansion.
